Exquisite wines, thoughtfully paired with delectable small bites

Cellar Gems: Canadian & International Icons That Stand the Test of Time

We are delighted to extend an invitation to you for an intimate tasting experience designed to debunk myths that may hinder the appreciation of Canadian wine. This exceptional event is being hosted by Marc Nadeau, co-founder of the Academic Du Vin, a world leader in wine education and Carl Boucher of Carl’s Wine Club. Carl tastes over 1200 Canadian wines per year as the founder of Carl’s Wine Club, a community of over 10,000 Canadian wine lovers across Canada. We will also feature esteemed winemakers Richard Da Silva from Da Silva Vineyards (travelling from the Okanagan Valley) and Ilya Senchuk from Leaning Post Wines (Niagara), who will guide us through a journey of taste and debunk misconceptions surrounding Canadian wines.

Throughout the evening, we will explore back vintages of Canadian wines alongside carefully selected international selections. Each pour will be thoughtfully paired with delectable small bites, enhancing the overall tasting experience.

Our special guests bring with them a wealth of expertise and passion for Canadian wine, promising an enlightening and enjoyable evening for all attendees. Their insights and knowledge will undoubtedly shed light on the unique qualities and complexities of Canadian wines, dispelling any preconceived notions that may exist.
