Join us for an exquisite evening of culinary and vinous exploration at our upcoming wine-tasting event. You’ll embark on a journey across the globe through 11 carefully selected wines from 10 different countries. Each wine has been thoughtfully paired with a four-course gourmet meal designed to complement and enhance the unique flavors of each pour.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of Leaning Post Traditional Method Blanc de Blancs 2018 from Beamsville Bench, Ontario. This sparkling wine, crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes, offers a refined bouquet of green apple, citrus zest, and toasted brioche, setting the perfect tone for the evening ahead.

Wines you’ll experience at this event:

  • Emilio Hidalgo, La Panesa Especial Fino, Jerez, Spain
    A refined sherry aged for around 15 years, offering complex notes of toasted almonds, yeast, and a saline finish. It’s dry, with a deep golden hue and a long, silky palate.
  • Kistler Chardonnay Dutton Ranch Russian River Valley 2019, USA
    A luxurious Chardonnay with a creamy texture, vibrant acidity, and flavours of ripe apple, pear, and subtle oak. The Dutton Ranch vineyard adds depth and a refined minerality to this elegant wine.
